48-Hour Functional Guarantee (Exchange Only)

If your appliance is not functioning as represented within 48 hours of delivery/installation, we will repair or exchange it at no additional pickup or delivery charge.
Cosmetic concerns must be noted at delivery on the Acceptance Checklist.

Day 3–7 Safety Net

From day 3 through day 7, if our team confirms a functional issue, you may request an exchange or store credit. For buyer’s remorse or non-defect reasons (e.g., changed mind, sizing, previously disclosed cosmetics), a 15% restocking fee applies and a pickup/redelivery fee applies if needed.

After 7 Days

  • GE appliances: covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty. Our team will gladly help you begin a service request if needed.
  • Other brands: coverage may vary. We can provide access to a third-party warranty service for a nominal charge, and we also work with trusted local service partners for repair and maintenance referrals.

Conditions

  • Exchanges/returns require the appliance to be in the same condition as delivered, with all included parts/accessories.
  • Appliances must be installed with existing, code-compliant hookups; issues caused by access constraints, improper hookups, or third-party installation are not eligible.
  • Cosmetic imperfections (if any) are disclosed prior to delivery; by completing your purchase and signing the Delivery Acceptance Checklist, you agree to accept such imperfections.
  • We may request photos/video to help diagnose issues and schedule the appropriate resolution.

Delivery fees are non-refundable. Same- or next-day delivery eligibility depends on order time, ZIP code, and product availability.
